The Michigan Child Care Futures Project is a public-private partnership dedicated to improving the supply of quality child care. It is supported by public agencies, private foundations and businesses. The 15 regional 4C offices train 2,500 (avg.) providers each year through the Michigan Child Care Futures Project.

T.E.A.C.H. ® Early Childhood Project , gives scholarships to child care workers to complete course work in early childhood education and to increase their compensation.
