In an effort to address the lack of health care benefits for family childcare providers, RI became the first state to implement a program that provides fully-paid coverage to certified, family child care providers and their children. A training system designed to enhance the professional development of early care and education professionals. The program offers training workshops, mini-courses, seminars, academies and conferences for the early care and education community.
